Four real sites in Texas, modelled in 3D from public terrain, maps and records: a limestone quarry, a ready-mix plant, a construction jobsite and an AI training campus. Each runs a simulated operation whose event log is mined for where time and money go.
Terrain from USGS 3DEP, roads, buildings and power lines from OpenStreetMap, routes from OSRM, and layouts traced from aerial imagery. Permits and operator statements where they exist.
Trucks, tickets, crews and training jobs run in a simulation with published rates where they exist. Every step is written to an event log, and the process maps, bottlenecks and findings are mined from it.
The AI data center carries an evidence registry: each figure links to its source and says how much to trust it.
